Same-week & same-day care
The membership model allows Dr. G to have a smaller patient panel, which means you do not have to wait weeks to be seen. Appointments are made available the same week if not the same day and can last up to an hour if you need them to.
Direct Access to Dr. G
Appointments are always exclusively with Dr. G. They last between 30 mins - 1hr, giving ample time to discuss testing and treatment options, leaving you feeling empowered about your health. And if you have a question, you can text or email him directly, no waiting on administrative staff to pass along your message or set up an appointment.
Health Forecasting with Styku
Styku is an advanced 3D body composition scan that measures your fat, muscle and bone density to estimate your future risk for conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and other metabolic dysfunction. By measuring your progress over time, we can personalize your care and focus on prevention. Scanning is included in the membership at no additional cost (typical retail value is $149 per scan).
Discounted labs & meds
Because we have exclusive partnerships with labs, imaging centers and medication dispensers that give you up to 90% discounts, you will never be told at our practice that a health test is unnecessary or too expensive.
Personalized Lifestyle Coaching
Every member of SOLYMAR Direct Health receives a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to their lab results and health goals. Members are encouraged to visit the practice regularly to measure progress and adjust the plan as needed.
Executive Physical
This isn't a 15-minute annual exam. Most annual physicals focus on diagnosing disease once it's present. We run more than twice the number of blood tests of a standard physical and then debrief your results in an hour-long visit, where we discuss opportunities for disease prevention and health optimization.

Why We Practice Direct Primary Care
The SOLYMAR Method requires time, relationships, and personalized care. That's why we practice Direct Primary Care. By removing insurance companies as the middle men in the patient-doctor relationship, care is highly personalized, not limited to 15 minutes once or twice a year, and not limited by the constraints of what insurance companies are or are not willing to pay for.
The membership fee is not covered by insurance, but it is FSA/HSA eligible, so patients can still use their insurance to pay for labs, imaging and procedures that take place outside of the practice. Learn more about the model.
